Continuous intravenous bleomycin (NSC-125066) therapy with vinblastine (NSC-49842) in stage III testicular neoplasia
N = 23
- Population
- Patients with stage III germinal neoplasia of the testis
- Design
- Uncontrolled series: 23 patients with stage III germinal neoplasia of the testis treated with vinblastine 0.4 mg per kg in two fractions on days 1 and 2 and continuous intravenous bleomycin 30 units over 24 hours for 5 days from day 2, repeated every 28 to 35 days as toxicity permitted. The abstract calls this a variation of the authors' original vinblastine-bleomycin programme.
- Arms
- Vinblastine plus continuous-infusion bleomycin (experimental, n = 23): Vinblastine 0.4 mg per kg (days 1 and 2) with continuous intravenous bleomycin 30 units over 24 hours for 5 days
- People
- Samuels ML, senior author Holoye PY
