NSABP C-08
Phase III trial assessing bevacizumab in stages II and III carcinoma of the colon: results of NSABP protocol C-08
Phase 3N = 2,672NCT00096278
- Population
- 2,672 analysed patients with stage II or III colon cancer (ClinicalTrials.gov enrolment 2710).
- Design
- Randomised phase III trial in stage II or III colon cancer comparing mFOLFOX6 every 2 weeks for 26 weeks with the same regimen plus bevacizumab 5 mg/kg every 2 weeks for 52 weeks. Primary endpoint disease-free survival.
- Primary endpoint
- DFS
