Imatinib-resistant CML or ALL
Design
Phase 1 dose-escalation study; nilotinib orally at 50, 100, 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1200 mg once daily and at 400 mg and 600 mg twice daily.
Arms
  • Nilotinib (dose escalation) (experimental, n = 119): Nilotinib orally, 50 mg to 1200 mg once daily and 400 mg or 600 mg twice daily
