Mirvetuximab Soravtansine in FRα-Positive, Platinum-Resistant Ovarian Cancer
Phase 3N = 453NCT04209855
- Population
- Platinum-resistant, high-grade serous epithelial ovarian cancer with high FRα expression (at least 75% of cells with 2+ staining), one to three prior lines of therapy
- Design
- Global, confirmatory, open-label, randomised phase 3 trial. Participants with platinum-resistant high-grade serous ovarian cancer who had received one to three lines of therapy and had high FRα tumour expression (at least 75% of cells with 2+ or greater staining intensity) were randomised 1:1 to mirvetuximab soravtansine 6 mg/kg of adjusted ideal body weight every 3 weeks or investigator's-choice chemotherapy (paclitaxel, pegylated liposomal doxorubicin or topotecan). Primary end point investigator-assessed PFS.

- Mirvetuximab soravtansine (experimental)
- Investigator's-choice chemotherapy (control)
Median-only curves assume a constant hazard (exponential) and fit plateaus, as seen with some immunotherapies, poorly.
