Obinutuzumab for the First-Line Treatment of Follicular Lymphoma
Phase 3N = 1,202NCT01332968
- Population
- Previously untreated advanced-stage follicular lymphoma; 601 randomised to each group.
- Design
- Randomised phase 3 trial in previously untreated advanced-stage follicular lymphoma: induction with obinutuzumab-based or rituximab-based chemotherapy, then maintenance for up to 2 years with the same antibody in patients with a response. Primary endpoint: investigator-assessed progression-free survival; the primary analysis was a planned interim analysis. 1202 patients were randomised.
