Roy Hertz

Second author of the 1956 report on methotrexate therapy of choriocarcinoma and chorioadenoma and first author of a 1961 report on five years' experience with chemotherapy of metastatic choriocarcinoma. A 2003 biographical article describes him as one of two scientists credited with discovering the first medical cure of a solid cancer.
