First author, with J. M. Smith Jr and M. E. Hultquist, of a 1947 Journal of the American Chemical Society paper titled 'Antagonist for pteroylglutamic acid'. A 2022 commentary cites that paper for the newly synthesised antifolate aminopterin. PubMed has no abstract for it.
